“My family and I have been using Mike's contracting services for the last 15 years.
His range of carpentry and finishing services are quite extensive. Especially his exterior stone workings on our houses and commercial properties. Even the outdoor fire table he made for us was super cool!
The quality of Mike's work is excellent, he has yet to go over his quotes to us for his work and if anything, he usually tosses a few extra small pieces of work in for us at no extra charge when we say to him, "Hey, While you're here.... would you mind....(lol)".
The other main thing we love about working with Mike is his scheduling, he always shows up within a day or two of when he says he will (usually planned a month ahead) and once he starts our work, he doesn't disappear mid way through! That is huge for us.
They say you can choose two out of three (Price, Quality or Speed). With Mike, we were getting quality and speed, but at a fair Price. He wasn't the cheapest, but the pricing was super fair for the speed and quality of work, Hands Down!! Cheapest rarely works out well...”

I have worked with Mike for 20 plus years in my previous role as a Facility Manager with the Province of Manitoba and in my current role as the Director of Facilities, Ancillary Services and WSH with The University College of the North (UCN), in The Pas, Manitoba.
Over the years Mike has been awarded a number of commercial contracts with the Province of Manitoba as well as UCN to which I was the project manager. These contracts included renovations and new construction of office spaces including framing, drywalling, painting, flooring, and door and window installations. In addition, he has installed suspended ceiling in various locations such as hallways, dining halls and classrooms.
